It was a very hot 3 days but made very comfortable with the air conditioner in our pod. Was a very quiet pleasant campground.

It was clean. There was a nice playground for the kids. Owners were pleasant. It was nice and quiet. We had a great stay.
We loved our stay at Belvedere East. The campsite was spacious with a lovely view of the surrounding country side. We found the staff both helpful and pleasant. The site was pretty level. We enjoyed a burger and Philly cheesesteak from the cafe. We were pleasantly surprised with the flavor. We will definitely stay there if we pass that way again.
Very nice and convenient on trip route. Very friendly staff and campers.
Well kept park with great staff. The 1880's town close by is worth visiting.

Friendly and informative staff! Campground location was central to all the sites we visited - Custer SP, Crazy Horse, Mount Rushmore, Wind Cave NP, Jewel Cave NM.
The staff went above and beyond. Jessica and Jack were extremely helpful in planning our exploration and enjoyment of the area. Tim and Gary were always available and kind to us. Sites bathrooms showers clean. Great cooked to order breakfast. Taught me to use dog wash. Even escorted me and my dog to locate it. It is our new favorite KOA �

A fantastic KOA. Lots of campsites for RV, tent or cabin. Super friendly knowledgeable staff. We enjoyed the quiet and beautiful view of the hills. Close to downtown Deadwood or Lead. The trolly pickup was a perfect addition to our stay. Highly recommend.
Great location to explore the Black Hills, including a shuttle to Deadwood. Very helpful staff. The first tabletop fire ring I have had at a campsite, Awesome.

A lot tight to get to my site with a 37’ motor home.
The bed seemed very rickty. Whenever the person in the top bunk would turn over the whole bed would move. Perhaps an L bracket securing the bed to the wall would be helpful.
Great staff at this campground. Bathrooms were always clean. I like the overall quiet feel of this campground. Very relaxing. My only hope is for the WiFi to improve at some point.
Beautiful, quiet campground, away from the main tourist area but still close enough to easily get to anything we wanted.
Nice people, beautiful area, we will definitely return.

Great hosts, swimming pool, dog park, breakfast, showers, campsite!!
Nice place to stay. WiFi didn’t work. Some spots are narrow and lots of trees.
We found the attention to small details lacking. One shower stall and one toilet stall in women's bathroom did not lock. Urinal in men's out of order. Pool dirty with bugs/leaves on our first day. Site not level or maintained. Site sloped down in front and on sides. It was very difficult to make camper level. The cable was out and the Wi-Fi only worked near the office. Disappointing stay.
Loved being able to swim after a long, hot drive and also get a hot breakfast the next morning!
Appreciated pulling in after a long day of driving, then they delivered pizza to us, and the convenience of ordering breakfast on site before heading back out. Felt safe and quiet providing a good nights rest.

VERY friendly service! We had small issue with placement of sewer as our hose would not reach without backing up the RV. However, we would absolutely stay here again! And the Corn Palace is five minutes away!
Staff was great! Friendly and helpful. The grass was not cut and full of mosquitoes and flies. We couldn’t sit outside in the grass. Sites are way too small. Even for a one night stop this was too crowded.
We stayed in the new section which is very nice. There are no trees or very small trees so no shade. However the camp side of the camper faces east so there’s shade from the camper which makes afternoons and evenings enjoyable. The gravel is still soft since they’re new sites. The patio was very nice and the Wi-Fi is great. We’ll be back!
A lot of nice upgrades at the park. We always enjoy our stays.

LOVED our stay at Palmer Gulch. Grandkids had a ball with mini-golf, pools, waterslides, bouncy pad, horses and more. Only slight issue was with very spotty cell service and internet. Also found the drone restriction a bit odd - they said because it was Class E airspace, drones cannot be flown. I am a licensed drone pilot and know that Class E airspace is completed unrestricted for flights. I don'
The campground is well layer out and you can get RVs in and out easily. We were very pleased.
Hot tub by campground pool was cold and brown should maybe had closed sign on it . Site 379 maybe alittle small for 36 foot camper with two slides . Our slide was next to firepit . Otherwise absolutely love the campground . Taproom very nice . Hot tub and pool by motel very nice . Nice laundry . And great location Will be back

We enjoyed all the amenities the resort had to offer. The new pool, adjacent playground, and pickleball area were our favorite places to spend our time at the resort. Tie dye was a fun activity. Very kid-friendly! We also loved watching the trail riding horses from our campsite. We were less than 15 minutes from Mount Rushmore. We would stay again!

we have a 46ft trailer and this park was easy to maneuver around. very clean and staff was super nice. we were there during sturgis. only complaint I really have is that the fire pits are at the front of some of the spots, so it puts your drunk neighbors right at you bedroom window while trying to sleep and the sewer hookup are in the back of the spots, so they're right next to your picnic table.
There was no hot water in the vanity. I got bite by a insect. Property was very nice.
We enjoyed our 4 nights at the Rapid City KOA. The site was kept very clean and we were close to all the sites in the area.
It was good but trees are not big enough and provided very little shade at where we were - other than that it was all great . Friendly staff and nice office

This KOA was exceptional. We enjoyed our deluxe site with the dog kennel attached. With all the conveniences so close it was hard not to relax and enjoy a grilled meal whole the dogs played!
Very nice and friendly campground. Well maintained with large sites. Friendly staff. Even gave some treats for our dogs on arrival. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Sioux Falls, SD.

Excellent camp ground, very clean grounds and facilities, friendly staff.
We had a great stay at Spearfish KOA. The grounds are peaceful and the staff were kind, professional and helpful. We look forward to returning.
Have stayed here several times, always a great place. Very clean bathrooms/showers. Nice pool.
The park is beautiful with gorgeous trees of all varieties. There is lots of grass to walk your pups in addition to a large fenced area, centrally located , to allow off leash play. The park was clean, well maintained with spacious sites. Each site had a picnic table. Spearfish is a great place to settle in and then take day trips to many attractions. Good restaurants in town.
The staff, our site & the entire grounds were absolutely perfect. It was the best KOA stay ever.

My family loved the pool . So good as so hot
When we checked in there was a man and a lady in the office. Both were very friendly. They also told us of a town celebration that was happening that we didn’t know about so that was a nice extra.
We like this KOA, however we had 2 days reserved prior to the weekend. Asked if we could add one more day which was Monday. Got charged almost twice the amount. Being a member that shouldn’t have happened!!
The people staffed were great and the shower/bathroom facilities were clean. 2 star because the pool was in horrible condition.
Very quiet location. Enjoyed the pool. Needed cleaning.
