We’ve stayed in a lot of KOA,s from Texas throughout the northeast and Canada, this is one of the best. Nestled in the hills with clean spots and GRASS, not dirt… lots of cabins and all the usual amenities KOA’s are known for. There is a casino for adult entertainment 18 minutes away too.
Proximity to nearby attractions and friendly staff made this the ideal campground for our east TN adventure.
The entire staff was very accommodating to our Girl Scout troop. They had so many fun activities that our girls were never bored! The entire trip was amazing! We can't wait to go back!
Beautiful park! Very clean, and the staff were great! Our 3 kids loves the many play areas. We will absolutely be back!

Place needs updating. No water for black water dump.
Stayed in the Deluxe cabin. Definitely beats staying in hotel. Great cabin, great deck, great fire pit, and a Blackstone for grilling! The cabin is right next to the pool and has great area for parking. We will definitely stay here again.
This is the best KOA. It’s so organized with just about any amenity you could ask for. The many pull through sites make this worth more than just a one night stay! It is close to kayaking and other fun excursions.
Clean, friendly staff. Easy in/out but interstate noise is horrible.
This “along the way” KOA camp is a jewel of a respite. Beautifully landscaped with mature trees, well maintained facilities, picnic tables all sanded and varnished anew, and the friendliest staff…we truly felt at home. If you need a quiet, comfy and well looked after campground in the hollers of Loretta Lynn Country, make this a priority stopover!

The stay was nice. It was close to the highway. The site we had was not level and twisted the truck and trailer. We had to back the camper up to almost in the road so I could disconnect from my trailer. I even mentioned it to the escort. Nothing was done about it. Our family had such a great time at this KOA. The staff were welcoming, and the campground was very clean and well-kept. They had so many fun activities for kids and adults alike—we especially enjoyed the fireworks show, ice cream social, wagon rides, and of course plenty of swimming. It was such a fun and relaxing getaway, and we’ll definitely be back!

We were in town for a quick layover with our camper. We were scheduled to leave it in Nashville at a storage yard. Booked KOA online, so it was very easy, got there and checked in very quickly. The attendant was very friendly and nice, she had someone escort us to our spot. We pulled through and set up and prepared for a chill night. A great easy and comfortable stay!

We had a great time… our cabin was very nice, clean, had everything we needed. Unfortunately the TV didn’t work, however, we did receive a credit on our rental fee. Would definitely come back again.
Very satisfied. Only negative comment I have is that the bath house should be air conditioned or at least well ventilated. Most campgrounds we visit the bath houses are air conditioned. It was very uncomfortable in the bath house last week. I am very impressed with the renovation of our bathhouse not impressed with the comfort level.

I ended up not staying the night. Yet the staff was very friendly and accommodating the campground is beautiful and facilities were very clean. The only reason I did not stay was my tent got soaked from the day before from a heavy down fall and I was not feeling well so decided to press on and get to my final destination. Heading back home I will be returning here and look forward to staying.
We had to make a last minute reservation for Newport due to weather changing our plans. Willis the camp ground manager is awesome!!!!! Told him RV size and type and when we would get there after hours. He met us when we pulled up at the office and took us to our campsite! The campground is very nice and the bath house was clean, sanitary and well laid out! Totally enjoyed our stay!
Too many tree branches to low on the State rd. Pool not open: Grass growing in the bottom The Websit said only one site was available and about 50% empty. GM was excellent, very helpful. From what we have seen from KOA. This one is not up to their standard.
MY STAY WAS VERY UNEVENTFUL WHICH IS GOOD. THE CHECK-IN WAS GOOD AND THE HOST WAS VERY NICE. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE POOL WAS EMPTY AS WE HAD DRIVEN A LONG WAY ON A HOT DAY AND EXPECTED A COOL SWIM TO END OUR DAY. WE SHOULD GET MONEY BACK FOR THAT. ON THE PLUS SIDE, THE REMODELED BATHROOMS WERE SUPER.
It was raining when we got there and raining when we left. It is a nice campsite but needs a little work. The pool was empty but they had new bathrooms attached to the front check-in, needed a code to get in. Shame we had so much rain but it cleaned the RV. Host was good about waiting for us to arrive before 6, we did with 10 mins to spare. Traffic and construction to get there was a nightmare.

We had a wonderful stay at the KOA Campground in Paris TN. We rented 5 cabins for our family. The owner, Mark and his staff are super nice and very accommodating. They had lots of things for the kids to do as well. We will definitely be back to visit the KOA.
The Wife and I were just looking for somewhere to go and take a few days to relax. Paris landing was just a couple hours away from the homestead and had all the accommodations we were looking for. We have never been that far south staying around Ky. Lake but looking just looking around we stumbled upon Paris Landing. The wife and I loved our stay here and would definitely recommend Paris Landing.
We had a great time. Cabins were clean, pool and playground was excellent. My grandkids absolutely loved the train ride! We will be back soon
I'll say the same thing I always say. Amazing. Beyond amazing. We've stayed at several other KOA's and this one is hands down the best. Our favorite. It's home away from home. Every employee we talked to during our stay went far beyond what anyone would expect from a typical business. We just did an overnight so we didn't really use many amenities. However, the site we were given was very unlevel and we were not able to level our RV. Also, it seemed that garbage was overflowing from the cans. Otherwise, the CG was clean as was the bath house.
Great stay and the staff is great. They go out of their way to make things great.

In general a pretty nice KOA. First class staff all the way. They lost a star for speedbumps (bad for low clearance RV’s), early office/pizza closure (5PM!) and a lot of long term tenants with very messy sites that gave parts of the park a “grapes of wrath” ambiance.

We had a great stay at Tellico Plains KOA. We are motorcycle riders, and the location was perfect for riding on the scenic TN and NC mountain roads. The campground had great amenities, and everything was clean and worked well. The campground was quiet and well maintained. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Overall we had a nice stay. Great location! The camp hosts were all nice. The pool was great but the no smoking rule should be enforced. Happy hour on Thurs was a lot of fun! We knew our site did not have septic and assumed there was a dump station. Depending on the honey wagon is inconvenient. The updated bathrooms are really nice although are co ed. Has the potential to be a great KOA.
The property was so clean and well taken care of. They were very accommodating and we really enjoyed our stay. We defiantly look forward to another stay.
We stayed an extended stay for 5 nights and the service was excellent! They came and pumped out the sewer on Monday and Wednesday and the morning we pulled out! What a nice service!! Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in the area or just passing through!

I would have gave it a 5 star except that we stay Friday until Monday and on Sunday they closed the pool all day for maintenance. I think they could have done that during the week while there wasn’t as many guest so all the kids that was there camping couldn’t swim all day. Yes the creek was there but there was 3 snakes at the little entrance to it on site 100. We were all upset over that.
Nice sites, clean bathrooms, activities, the staff was very helpful. The entrance and exit are on the opposite side (keep to the left coming in and out). Also had a lady who parked in our site 3 times to load and unload floats & cooler along with her older children. She blocked me in for 10 minutes as I was trying to leave each time. There is a foot path for people to use and she ignored that.
We have going to Townsend Tn KOA for many years and have never been disappointed. Staff always goes above and beyond to ensure we are happy, comfortable and have all we need, they are always happy to bring anything we may by just a text. Always a pleasure to be there.
Very nice campground, Clean pleasant little High but worth it
The KOA campground was great and we loved the river. I was however very disappointed when we went to the pool on Sunday and found out it was closed for the entire day. That was so upsetting to find out because it was our last day and it was so hot. I have a toddler so he can’t play on the river like other kids can. There was also 2 snakes in the river so I did not feel comfortable.

This was my 2nd stay there, a great retreat, and far and away some of the nicest facilities for any KOA I've been to.
I didn’t stay here. We pulled in and literally NO one was there. No one to camp or in the building. A random man in the community kept riding onto to the side and saying crude comments about my 2 year old. The only thing positive I have to say is the bathrooms were very nice. Playground was so small. Grass needed mowed. From what I could tell no one was going to be in the store any time soon. Le

The facility was great but the stairs are treacherous who's is not good when you go up and down them a lot. My shoes kept sticking on the metal when I went down and I was afraid I would fall down them. Cover the treads with wood or something and you would get 5 stars.
The site was a nice spot. Quiet and set in the mountains. It is way too far off the interstate and out in the middle of nowhere. If you're just traveling it's to far off the interstate just to spend the night
